Tracy Michelle Hawkins, 50, of Indianapolis was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her residence. Tracy was born on August 22, 1966 in Indianapolis to Janet and Michael Lewis.
Tracy was a graduate of Southport High School in the class of 1984 and was a loving homemaker for her children.
Tracy is survived by her children: Patric Rose, Dakota Hawkins, Morgan Hawkins-Thompson; finance and his daughter: Patrick McGovern and Danielle McGovern; mother and step-father: Janet & James Carson; step-mother: Evonne Lewis; grandson: Aiden Hawkins; brothers and sisters-in-law: Jerry W. & Tonya Lewis, Bryan & Amy Haycraft, Jimmy & Angie Carson, Steven Pigg; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by father: Michael Lewis; brother: George Carson.
