Kinsey is survived by her mother: Janice Woods; partner: Zackery Arthur; sons: Xavier Arthur, Casey Arthur; brothers and sisters-in-law: Jesse & Mary Davidson, Clifton & Gwen Davidson, Edward & Vicki Woods; sisters & brothers-in-law: Marsha & Rick Blunk, Terri Woods, Debra & Kent Boeving and a host of other family members.
Kinsey was preceded in death by her father: Delbert Woods; nephews: Kyle Woods and Brandon Boeving.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 2 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home 925 E. Hanna Ave. Indianapolis 46227. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 A.M. until the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
