Margaret P. Cavendish, 86, was taken by God to her heavenly home on February 22, 2017. On January 15, 1931 Marge was born in Jamestown, Kentucky to Silas and Nina (Davis) Stearns.

Marge is survived by her children and their spouses: Mariea & William Linville, Cimberly & Mariceo Ceballos, Cheryl Cavendish all of Indianapolis, Kevin Hollifield of Dallas, Georgia; Yolanda & George Lanham, Pat Hollifield, Mark & Betsie Hollifield all of Georgia; 28 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Marge was preceded in death by three husbands: James Miller, Earl Hollifield, Chuck Cavendish; three sons: Charles Cavendish, Jeff Hollifield, Victor Miller; daughter: Judy Miller; sister: Lucille Dickerson; brothers: Floyd Stearns and Walter Stearns.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 27, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home 925 E. Hanna Ave. Indianapolis 46227. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 by Pastor Wally Hall at 11 A.M. with interment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
