Steven Dean Southwood, 64, of Whiteland passed away on January 18, 2018. Steve was born on March 3, 1953 in Indianapolis to Victor and Barbara (Chandler) Southwood.

Steve enjoyed being with his family, riding and working on his motorcycles and camping. He was a Mr. Fix-it that was always on call for a friend or neighbor in need.

Steve is survived by his wife of 45 years: Serita L. Southwood; mother: Barbara Southwood; children and their spouses: David Scott & Michelle Southwood; Jason Dean Southwood; Angie White; grandchildren: Renea, Mykenzie, Brooklyn, Brett, Blake, Elisa; great-grandchild: Raeleigh; siblings and their spouses: Mas & Pat Southwood, Allan & Ida Southwood, Janet & Tim Brown, LuAnn Southwood and a host of other family and friends. Steve was preceded in death by his father: Victor Southwood.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 11 A.M. until his Funeral Service at 1 P.M. located at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, please visit www.NewcomerIndy.com to sign the guest book.
