Indianapolis - Dorthy Lee Cooper, 83, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018.
Mrs. Cooper was born Tuesday, August 21, 1934 in Algona, IA to the late Harry and Esther Jennings Ditsworth. She served her family as a homemaker.
Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her son, Edward Cooper III. She is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Edward Cooper, Jr.; daughters, Kandee Grieser and her husband, Mike, Suzanne Pritchett and her husband, Brandon and Kelly Kline; sons, Ricky Cooper and Joe Cooper; granddaughters, Shanna, Lacey, Rose, Kandee, Leaha, Tanaka, Sumi, Kimiyet, Tasha and Nienie; grandsons, Dillon, Brent, Ryan, Bo, Ben, Joseph and Eddie; and many other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of Mrs. Cooper’s life will be conducted Friday, August 17, 2018, at 2 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
