Indianapolis - Georgette "Gee Gee" O'Harra, 55, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at her home.

Georgette was born June 4, 1963 in Indianapolis to proud parents, Claude and Roberta Moore. She served her community for over 25 years, almost half her life, as a CNA in the medical career she loved. Her family described her as a loving, outgoing and funny woman who loved to joke, laugh and spend time with her family and friends whom she loved dearly, especially her grandbabies!

Georgette was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Moore and brother, Claude "Herbie" Moore. She is survived by her mother, Roberta A. Moore; sister, Sarah Hall; brothers, Terry Moore and Michael Moore; sons, Patrick k. Moore and his fiancé, Ashley Pitcher and Michael Levi; daughter, Michelle N. O'Harra and her fiancé, Chris Nguyen; grandchildren, Katelyn, Aniyah, Rebecca, Addison, Norman III, Claudia, Jaydon, Kylan and Bryan; and many other devoted family members and friends she loved dearly.

Georgette’s family will receive friends Wednesday, September 5, 2018, from 4 - 8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will be conducted Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 10 am at the funeral home. A committal service will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
