Sherrie Mae Lewis, 57, of Indianapolis passed away on September 20, 2018. On July 12, 1961 Sherrie was born to Jimmie & Shelby (Dodson) Russell in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Sherrie loved her family and being part of their lives, she enjoyed working in her flower garden.

Sherrie is survived by her husband: Kevin Lewis; children: Eric & Emily Flynn, Stephanie Stanley; siblings: Shirley Means, Jimmie Russell; grandchildren: Zoe Flynn, Madison Rainey, Raine Flynn, Raymond Hunter, Macy Devish; great-granddaughter: Arabella Rose; friend: Jamie Rutledge; fur babies: Fancie and Trudy; nieces and nephews: Jeremy & Allison Means, Jason Means, Amanda Means and a host of other family and friends. Sherrie was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Visitation will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 1 P.M. until her Memorial Service at 3 P.M. at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227.
