Indianapolis – Justin Michael Fishburn, 41, passed peacefully on November 27, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 14, 1977 in Indianapolis, IN to Dennis O. Fishburn and Kathleen L. Clair.

Justin, affectionately known as “Fish” attended high school in Frankfurt, Germany and Southport, Indiana, graduating in 1995. He went on to work in the culinary industry.

Justin is survived by his daughter, Kelsey R. Fishburn (Simpson); parents, Dennis O. (Mary) Fishburn and Kathleen L. Clair; brothers, Dennis M. Fishburn, Kyle M. (Allison) Fishburn, Jason A. (Tonya) Fishburn, and Carter E. Clair; sister Jennifer N. (Joseph) Richins; grandfather, Obie Fishburn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, H. Lee and Dorothea Deck, Juanita Fishburn, George and Alice Humphrey; brother, Matthew Fishburn and Uncle Steven Deck.

Justin’s family will receive friends Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 4-8 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will be Thursday December 5, 2019 at 10 am at the funeral home.
