William Leslie Clark, 61, of Indianapolis, Indiana entered into rest at 4:01 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital & Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born to the late Elbert and Shirley Clark on Saturday, January 9, 1960 in Kentucky.

He was united in marriage on July 15, 1997 to Lori Crockett at the Indianapolis City-County Building. This union was blessed with 6 children. Professionally, William worked at Auto Sales & Service in Indianapolis as a Mechanic, retiring in 2019. William loved going hunting and camping. He was an avid sports fan. William enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was known for his kindness and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

William is survived by his loving wife, Lori Clark of nearly 30 years; his children: Chelsea Clark, Star Clark, Dustin Crockett, William Crockett and Chris Clark; his siblings: Robert “Bob” Clark and his wife, Patty, Anthony Clark, Michael “Mike” Clark and Mary Clark; and his grandchildren: Jordan Perez, Dayton Crockett, Grayson Clark, Mariah Clark, Elizabeth Myers, Alaylin Crockett and Braylee Arthur. He was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Clark and his parents, Elbert and Shirley Clark.

Mr. Clark's family will receive friends Wednesday, January 27, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Jeff officiating. For the health and safety of all guest attending, face masks are required. A Committal Service will follow at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46203.
