1979 - 2022

Jeremiah Adam Baker II, age 42 of Indianapolis passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born December 29, 1979 in Indianapolis the son of Jeremiah Baker and Tammy Henderson. Jeremy enjoyed playing video games, watching Viking movies and all things that had to do with dragons. He was very good at fixing anything that was broken and truly liked working with his hands. Putting together model cars was one of his favorite hobbies. He loved and adored his family and loved playing with is nieces and nephews. More than anything, Jeremy cherished all of the time he was able to spend with his family and friends.

Jeremiah is survived by his mom, Tammy Henderson; father and step-mother, Jeremiah (wife Tammy) Baker; son, Chase Smith; siblings, Shira (husband Ryan) Embree, Shelley Richards, Sarah Baker and Ryan Bundy; 7 nephews; 4 nieces; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Jeremiah is preceded in death by his sister, Stefani Baker-Dugas.

A funeral service celebrating Jeremiah’s life will take place at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions 925 East Hanna Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
