Phil is survived by son: Danny C Jenkins; siblings: Wanda & Johnny Johnson, Gloria & Chuck Monroe, Brenda & Bert Ganstine, Vonda Lee; girlfriend: Kim O’Neill Roberts; former wife: Diane Jenkins and a host of other family and friends.
Phil was preceded in death by parents; niece: Wanda Sue Maynard; nephew: Steven Ganstine.
