Avon - Donna Elaine Parker, 64, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017. Ms. Parker was born November 5, 1952 in Port Clinton, OH to Dorothy Barnett and the late Jerry T. Knowles.

Ms. Parker was preceded in death by her father, Jerry T. Knowles; step-father, Roy Barnett; sisters, Geraldine McGlothlin and Jennifer Knowles; and niece, Amber Miller. She is survived by her son, Garry Parker and his wife, Leana; daughter, Tammy Parker and her companion, Steve; mother, Dorothy Barrett; brother, Ricky Knowles; sisters, Patricia Woods and Barbara Miller; grandchildren, Caitlyn Ray, Steven Parker, Mary Grace Parker and Nycole Parker; great grandchildren, Caidon, Cabella and Cayse; and many other loving family members and dear friends.

Ms. Parker’s family will receive friends Saturday, March 4, 2017, from 11 am – 12 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of her life will follow at 12 pm.
