Indianapolis - Marvin Michael Schmidtberger, 60, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018. He was born January 6, 1958 in Indianapolis, IN.

Marvin was employed in the construction industry where he served his community as a contractor for over 30 years. He specialized in handyman projects. Marvin loved animals and drawing. He enjoyed old, country music and movies. His family described him as a quiet soul who didn't talk a lot. "Regardless of his situation, he always said he was happy."

Marvin is survived by his son, Michael Macbeth; daughter, Christina Schmidtberger; sisters, Maureen May and Veda (Jeanie) Morrison; and brother, Robert Schmidtberger. At Marvin’s request, there will be no public services.
