Indianapolis - Jerry Michael Stavroules, 51, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019. He was born February 6, 1968 in Indianapolis, IN to Roberta Aldrich Johnson and the late Jerry Stavroules. Jerry graduated from Manual High School. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force where he proudly served in Desert Storm. Jerry was employed as a butcher. Additionally, he was an avid fisherman.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Stavroules and his step-father, Otis Johnson. He is survived by his beloved wife, Monika Scheidweiler Stavroules; mother, Roberta Aldrich Johnson; son, Michael Stavroules and his companion, Amber Sprague ; daughter, Natasha Stavroules; brother, Mark Stavroules and his wife, Angie; sisters, Michelle Barstow and her husband, William and Cynthia Hughes and her companion, Garry Robbins; step-sisters: June Smith, Carol Hager, Trish Lawson, Penny Denney and Ann Pendley; granddaughter, Autumn Stavroules; grandson, Hunter Stavroules; 2 nieces; 4 nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.

Jerry’s family will receive friends Wednesday, October 23, 2019, from 2 – 4 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will follow at 4 pm at the funeral home.
