Indianapolis - Carolyn Sampley, 76, passed away peacefully at home, Thursday, July 16, 2020. She was born May 20, 1944 in Winchester, KY to the late Clarence and Ada Abner Lamb. She was employed as a waitress for many years. Her favorite pastimes were talking on the phone, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Ms. Sampley was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ada Abner Lamb; son, Jackie Kline; brothers: Linville, Elza, Ray, Donald and Harold Lamb; sister, Tea Walda; and grandsons, Dustin Brooks and Eric Kline. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Anita Kline Kidwell and Rita Sampley Brooks; sons: Anthony "Tony" Kline, Douglas "Doug" Kline and Howard "Eric" Kline; 16 grandchildren; and many other beloved family members and dear friends.
