Indianapolis - Ronnie Gene Robison, 69, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020. He was born November 15, 1950 in Paducca, KY to the late Billy and Peggy Long Robison. He was employed in the landscaping industry.

Ronnie was deeply loved by all those who knew him. He and his late wife, Shelia attended a tiny church across the street from their house where they worshipped and served the Lord. Ronnie LOVED the Duke (John Wayne) and the King (Elvis Presley) and enjoyed eating at the Madison Grill in Indianapolis.

According to Ronnie’s nephew, Joe Perkins, “Ronnie and Sheila were the sweetest and most generous human beings on the planet. Ronnie was one of the few seriously, honestly INNOCENT souls left in existence. God needed my uncle more than this world did and took him September 1, 2020. His wife, my sweet, loving and beautiful Aunt Shelia, died in 2018. The angels came for their sweet and innocent son in 1981, when he was three.”

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Peggy Long Robison; his wife, Sheila Robison; and his son, Ronnie “Little Ronnie” Robison, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Joan Crowder; his nephew, Joe Perkins; and many dear friends.

Ronnie was laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery on Friday, September 4, 2020. His nephew, Joe Perkins, served as a pall bearer. Please continue to support his family during this difficult time by clicking the “Share Memories” icon above and sharing your memories, thoughts and prayers.
