In Memory Of
Thomas Anthony Willis
1988 - 2020
He attended George Washington High School, and shorty after became a father. Thomas loved to be in the kitchen always coming up with some new recipe. Thomas loved music and dancing. Thomas was always on the go like a rolling stone, never in one place too long. He had so much confidence.
Thomas had a style all his own, from his big, beautiful, hazel eyes and slender build to the quickness of his mouth. You could not tell him anything. Thomas moved at his own pace in life. He was quick to take, but even quicker to give. Thomas’ philosophy of life was “get rich or dying trying,” He was always looking for a come up. Thomas thanked the Lord above for each day, and if you have ever seen him pray, your heart would break because he was truly grateful for life and at times it seemed another way.
Thomas was preceded in death by his aunt, Joyce; his sister, Maria; and his grandfather, Timothy. He is survived by his grandmother, Mary Willis; mother, Denise; stepfather, Martel; father, Thomas; step mother, Dana; children: Kyrstin, Isaiah and Andy; sisters: Avril, Alysia and Noel: brother, Andrew; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Thomas' family will receive friends Tuesday, October 27, 2020 from 11 am - 1 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A celebration of his life will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
