Indianapolis – Fabian Yvonne Patton, 70, entered into rest at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Beech Grove Meadows in Beech Grove, Indiana. She was born on Monday, May 15, 1950 to the late Clenard and Sarah (Campbell) Weaver in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Fabian graduated from Short Ridge High School, class of 1968. Then she went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Ivy Tech Community College, graduating with the class of 1982. Fabian was united in marriage on Saturday, May 14, 1983 to Patrick Patton in Indianapolis, Indiana. Patrick passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. She was a member of Anointed Faith Deliverance Church. Fabian enjoyed singing and fellowshipping with members of the church. She loved cooking and spending time with family and friends. Fabian was kind and found purpose in helping others.

She leaves behind her loving children, Corey Weaver, Gerald Williams, Daniel Patton and Tina Patton; 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and sisters, Patty Weaver, Lisa Smiley and Carmon Hicks Weaver. Fabian was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Fabian’s family will receive friends Friday, February 5, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Moses Collins Sr. officiating. For the health and safety of all guest attending, face masks are required. Thank you.
