Indianapolis – Michael Alvin "Mike" Thorne, 69, passed away at 3:41 p.m. on March 30th, 2021 at Crawford Mannor in Zionsville, Indiana. He was born to the late James A. and Eleanor L. (Noble) Thorne on November 9th, 1951 in Madison, Indiana.
Mike was a 1972 graduate of Indiana School for the Deaf. He enjoyed old Western films and darts with friends. Mike was also an avid carpenter.
He is survived by his loving children, Michael and Sarah Thorne; his siblings, Patricia and Charles Barker; his grandchildren, Kara and Alexander Thorne; and great granddaughter, Gwen Thorne.
