Indianapolis—Larry Wayne Noe, 80, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born Wednesday, July 2, 1941, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Harold and Martha Noe. Larry attended George Washington High School. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army where he served from 1959-1965.

Larry was united in marriage to the late Sue Noe on August 14, 1966 in Indianapolis. He worked in several different positions within the auto industry throughout his career. He retired from Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires where he served as a sales clerk. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time with his family and watching IU basketball and Colts football.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Noe; his parents, Harold and Martha Noe; and his sister JoAnne Hargraves. He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Parkhurst (Michael) and Carrie Noe; son, Jason Noe (Amy); grandchildren: Samantha Parkhurst, Kimberly Parkhurst, Haley Noe and Quentin Noe; and many other family members and friends.

A public visitation will be conducted Tuesday, September 7, 2021, from 11am-12 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. Funeral services will be conducted privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Larry’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
