Donna L. Inabnitt age 61 of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at her residence on May 4, 2022. She was born May 15, 1960 the daughter of James and Irene (Whitt) Smith. Donna married David Inabnitt on August 1, 1981 in Lawrence, Indiana. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. Donna enjoyed riding her exercise bike, reading books, cooking and playing cards with family and friends. She loved attending church and studying her bible. More than anything, Donna cherished spending time with her family.

Donna’s family includes husband, David Inabnitt; 4 children, David Inabnitt Jr., Brian (wife Tiffany) Inabnitt, Shannon Inabnitt, and Cheyenne Inabnitt; 5 siblings, Brenda Bryant, Jean Smith, James Smith, Sammy Smith, and Michael Smith; 3 grandchildren, Kindreck Inabnitt, Daisy Inabnitt, and Elly Inabnitt; and several nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Debbie Bryant and Shelia Miller.

A funeral service celebrating Donna’s life will take place at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home at 925 E. Hanna Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service from 11:00 to 1:00 pm.
