INDIANAPOLIS – Shirley Ann, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, 86, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, October 21, 2022. Shirley was born to the late Aaron Jackson and Lillian Beulah Gallamore on April 9, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her oldest sister, Margaret shared that Shirley was named after the actress, Shirley Temple. Shirley was the middle child of seven children. She loved growing up with a large family and eventually nurtured a large loving family of her own.

Shirley was passionate about reading, especially scriptures and could be found singing as she worked and cared for her family. She had a great sense of humor and we could be found giggling along with her at any moment. Shirley was always able to find the positive in nearly any situation and was dearly loved by all.

Shirley gave birth to seven children and was preceded in death by her two sons, Michael Allen and Charles Eddy. She is survived by her loving children: Ramsey Johnson, Robert Johnson, Rebecca Pena, Timothy Johnson and David Johnson.
