Bobby Junior McIntosh, 38, of Indianapolis, left us far too soon on July 31, 2025.
Bobby was born in Indianapolis on November 4, 1986, to Bobby McIntosh and Ara (Kent) Ellington. He had a gift for working with his hands—whether it was swinging a hammer on a construction site or solving a tricky repair at Heartland Automotive, he could always figure it out.
If you knew Bobby, you knew sports were a big part of his life. Football was his favorite, and the Colts were his team no matter what the scoreboard said. He loved shooting hoops, hanging out with friends, and getting competitive in a game of Madden. But more than any game, what mattered most to him was time with his daughters, Dakota and Krissa. He loved to make them laugh, sometimes by teasing them just enough to get an eye roll, but always in a way that showed how much he cared.
Bobby is survived by his daughters, Dakota and Krissa; his mom, Rose O’Brien; his birth mom, Ara Ellington; his siblings, Heather, Josh, Matthew, and Dennis; and several nieces and nephews who will miss their Uncle Bobby.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby McIntosh.
