Even in those formative years, he displayed an exceptional passion for life, and later developed a strong love for basketball, often playing to his heart's content. A lover of video games, Rubick Cube and a connoisseur of rap music, particularly Ice Cube, Denzel found inspiration in creativity, often expressing himself through music making. His jersey number may have been countless in games played, but it was the heart in each play that truly counted.

His culinary adventures were nothing short of legendary, especially those deliciously messy excursions to White Castles. Denzel took immense pleasure in trying new foods, often accompanied by his beloved family and friends. He loved hanging out with his cousins, engaging in spirited rounds of Monopoly GO with his sister, and enjoying the classic movie "Friday," which mirrored his playful spirit, which also showed when he went to the bars and clubs. Denzel loved the simple pleasure of laying on the cold floor as well as being on the open road and tinkering on the computer.

Denzel’s proudest accomplishment was relocating to Indianapolis for a better life for both himself and Demari, focusing his energies on work and building stability, fueled by dreams of one day achieving riches not just in material wealth but in life experiences and genuine happiness.

Denzel is survived by his son, Demari Stewart; his siblings, Dominque Stewart, Briana Blue, Rakina Whitby, and Giovanni Blue; and the mother of his child, Maggie Gray.
