Drucilla J. Graham (Kennedy), 73, of Indianapolis died January 22, 2024.
She was born on September 3, 1950 to Erwin and Evelyn (Schmaltz) Kennedy.
Drucilla attended Arsenal Tech High School followed by Ivy Tech College where she received her Associates Degree.
She was a full-time homemaker and mother. When she wasn’t at home, she worked as an Elementary Teacher.
Drucilla was an avid knitter and reader. She enjoyed watching movies and wrestling. She also spent a lot of her time playing on-line video games. Drucilla loved her dogs and grand kids and spent much of her time with them.
Drucilla is survived by her children; Patrick Lagrave and Sara Graham, her siblings; David and Don Kennedy, grandchildren; Iris, Jeremias and Alexander Pocasangre, nieces and nephews; Dawn Childress, Donald and David Kennedy, Mickey, Bre and Bianca Garcia, Laura Biagini, Sandra and Kitty Kennedy.
Drucilla was a strong woman who wasn’t afraid to stick up for herself and her family. She always took care of her children and would help others when she could.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Erwin and Evalyn (Schmaltz) Kennedy.
A celebration of life will be held for Drucilla at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial contributions to the family to help pay for funeral expenses.
