Frances Neace, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 30, 2015. She was born on March 2, 1933, to Joseph and Mary Ballard Mendenhall.
Frances is survived by her daughter: Joan Bolton; son: James J. Neace; 5 grandsons; 11 great-grandchildren and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband: James Neace.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home located at 925 East Hanna Ave. and on Tuesday, November 3 from 11:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service is conducted at 1:00 P.M.
