Jerry's life was defined by his unwavering devotion to family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Troutman, and their three children: Michael Troutman, Jessica (Shane) Davis, and Steven (Trevor) Troutman. As a grandfather, Jerry delighted in spending time with his grandchildren - Jayden Troutman, Aveah Troutman, Shane Davis Jr., Bentley Davis, and Shaley Davis - offering them wisdom, laughter, and memorable adventures that they will carry in their hearts for years to come.

Jerry is also cherished and remembered by his mother, Barbara Troutman; his siblings, Kelly Neese and Scott (Cindy)Troutman, as well as his aunt, Larita Medley, and sister-in-law, Teresa (Jinks). Their bonds were woven tightly, filled with shared experiences, laughter, and unconditional support.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Troutman I, his brother, Danny Troutman, and his brother-in-law, Steven Neese, all of whom he held dear in his heart.

A man of diverse interests, Jerry enjoyed family time, camping, and nurturing his passion for baseball, particularly as a lifelong supporter of the Chicago Cubs. His enthusiasm also extended to NASCAR, where he found joy in the thrill of the race. These hobbies painted the vibrant tapestry of his life and helped foster connections with his loved ones.
