Beyond her musical achievements, Judy was a devoted family woman. She was survived by her son, Andrew Gosman, and his wife Kelsey, with whom she shared a close and loving bond. Her sister, Letty Day, also remained part of her cherished family circle. Judy was preceded in death by her father Carl Gosman Sr., her mother Cleta (McKinney) Gosman, her brother Carl Gosman Jr., her sister Jane Oldaker; brother-in-laws, Rudy Day and Oren Oldaker, and sister-in-law, Crystal Gosman, all of whom shaped the foundation of her life and spirit.

Judy’s affection extended beyond her human family to her faithful dog, Chewie, whom she lovingly called “Buddy.” This companionship brought her great comfort and joy in her final years.
