Justin is survived by his parents: Jon & Katie Chamberlain; siblings: Jackson, Christopher, Ian; paternal grandparents: Bob & Jackie Chamberlain; Maternal grandmother: Lisa Skadra; maternal grandfather and his wife: Steve & Jamie Skadra and a host of other family and friends.
His Funeral Ceremony will be at 12:00 pm Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service; interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
