Kathryn Craig

Kathryn Craig, 69, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on November 29, 1956, in Indianapolis to Jack Craig and Alice Craig.

Kathryn was a talented beautician who took pride in her work and in the people she came to know along the way. She had a strong personality and was never one to hold back. She spoke her mind, told it how it was, and did not mind irritating the occasional person. Those who knew her understood that was simply who she was, and many appreciated her honesty.

She loved animals and had a soft spot for them throughout her life. She also enjoyed watching Mash, OP live, and SpongeBob, something that always brought her a bit of comfort and humor.

Kathryn was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, and great aunt. She cared about her family and stayed involved in their lives, always making sure they knew she was there. 

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Smith (Rusty), nephew, William Craig (Alicia) and niece Angie Peyton (Patrick) and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in passing by her parents, Jack and Alice Craig and brothers Micheal and Jackie Craig.

Kathryn will be missed more than words can express.
