Michael Allen Harmeson, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 14, 2025. He was born on October 14, 1968, to Paul Harmeson and the late Bernie (Bonds) Griffith.
Michael lived life with a light heart and a contagious sense of humor. He had a way of making anyone laugh, and his presence could brighten any room. Never one to take things too seriously, he embraced each day and encouraged others to do the same. He and his mom shared a unique bond—together, they were the life of the party. Whether it was cracking jokes, pulling others into their fun, or keeping the atmosphere lively, the two of them could turn even the smallest get-together into a celebration filled with laughter.
He was a proud forklift driver, hardworking and dependable. Outside of work, Michael had many passions. He was a dedicated sports fan, always rooting for the Colts, Pacers, and the Reds. His Harley Davidson motorcycle was his pride and joy. He loved to ride whenever he could, taking in the open road with the wind at his back—it was his freedom, his peace, and his favorite way to clear his mind. Friends and family all said that nothing made him happier than firing up his Harley and heading out for a ride. Music was another love of his, with an eclectic taste that leaned especially toward rock, always providing the soundtrack to his days.
Michael is survived by his father, Paul Harmeson; his fiancée, Carrie Fall; his sisters, Jessi Griffith and Carey Wilson; brother Bro D Griffith; his nephew, Little Michael; and many cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in passing by his mother, Bernie (Bonds) Griffith and his brother Bro D Griffith.
