Paul E. Clontz, a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and skilled woodworker, passed away on June 14, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on February 19, 1948, in London, Kentucky, Paul’s life was marked by a dedication to family, craftsmanship, and quiet strength.

He leaves behind a cherished legacy to all who knew him. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Clontz; his daughter, Paula Clontz; his brother, Pleasant Clontz; and his sisters, Nona Smith and Ollie “Sue” Foust. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved him deeply.

Paul is survived by his brothers Harold Clontz, Darrell Clontz, Ronnie Clontz; his sisters Patricia Clontz, Lottie Halcomb, Connie Jones, Dorothy “Dot” Rodela, and Nancy “Libby” Vetitoe, as well as his grandson Billy Jordan. These family bonds were a source of great joy and meaning in his life.

A man of many talents, Paul’s passion for woodworking was a defining part of who he was. His skill and dedication to the craft reflected his patience, creativity, and attention to detail—qualities that extended into every aspect of his life.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on June 20, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, located at 925 E Hanna Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227. This time will offer an opportunity to celebrate Paul’s life, share memories, and find comfort in the company of loved ones.
