Rhonda is survived by her parents; husband: Gary V. Stafford; daughter: Kasey & Trey Carr; siblings and their spouses: Jack M. Price II & Terren S. Price; Jennifer L. & Rob McAvene; Dale E. & Leanne Price; grandchildren: Ricky Blank, Devon Stafford; great-grandson: Elijah and a host of other family and friends.
