Robert Earl Blake, Jr., 64, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025. He was born on April 7, 1961, in Indianapolis, to the late Robert Earl Blake, Sr. and Betty (Long) Hancock.
Robert was a proud U.S. Army veteran and a locksmith by trade. He never met a stranger, always had a story to tell, and could strike up a conversation with anyone. He enjoyed playing Euchre whenever he got the chance and was a faithful fan of The Young and the Restless, rarely missing an episode.
He is survived by his children, Randy (Sherry) Carter, Marilyn (Patrick) Lehr, Samantha (Chris) Brooks, Sabrina (Mike) Tuttle, and Kyle Blake; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bryan (Brenda) Blake, Shirley Schloesser, Vickie Layman, Karen (Joe) Childers, Beverly (Scott) Earehart, Jackie (Scottie) Eanes, Brenda (Bill) Warren, Terri Goddard, and Rhonda (Ralph) Crawford.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Connie Carter, and his sister, Tammy Storms.
