Ronnie Lynn Napier

Ronnie Lynn Napier, 78, passed away at 6:51 PM on Friday, December 1, 2023 at Franciscan Health Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on April 7, 1945 to the late Mack and Callie (Couch) Napier in Blue Diamond, Kentucky.

Ronnie attended M.C. Napier High School. He was a machinist at Ford Motor Company from 1967 to 2002 and retired after 35 years of service. Ronnie was a member of UAW.

He was avid fan of the Kentucky College basketball team. In his free time Ronnie exercised, watched sports and worked around the house. He enjoyed watching western films, sports and spending time with his family. Ronnie loved his family deeply. Ronnie was the type of guy that was always right even when he was sleeping.

Ronnie is survived by his children: Nicole Napier, Ronnie Napier and his wife Paulette and Kim Martzloff and her husband Mike; sister, Irene Sabia; grandchildren: Micah Napier, Emma Napier, Jonathan Napier, Hanna Napier, Jacob Napier, Kassy Suggs and Krystal Martzloff; and great grandchildren, Kathrine and Kaitlynn Suggs.

Ronnie’s friends and family may visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The funeral service will follow around 1:00 PM with Ronnie Napier officiating.

Ronnie will be laid to rest at a later date next to his father at Riverside cemetery in Hazard, Kentucky.
