Tracy Lynn Clements, 48, of Indianapolis, passed away September 22, 2018 after a long battle with an illness.
Tracy was an avid Bingo and card player. She enjoyed watching NASCAR Car Racing with her Dad.
Tracy is survived by her father: Joseph J. Clements; son: Kenneth Rackemann; siblings and their spouses: Christina Himes; Tony & Connie Clements, James & Tina Allen, Joey Clements, Janice Hamman, Deborah & Wayne Atkins and a host of other family and friends.
Tracy was preceded in death by her mother: Carolyn Sue Owen.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Oct. 6 at 10 A.M. at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227.
