William Arthur "Bud" Schlueter

INDIANAPOLIS – William Arthur “Bud” Schlueter III, 79, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023 at his home. He was born on August 7, 1944 to the late Wm. Arthur Jr. and Velma Elizabeth (Balogh) Schlueter in Cleveland, Ohio.
Bud was a successful business man. He was an avid Colts football fan. Bud played baseball for Defiance College. He enjoyed traveling as well as listening to music. Bud was a Freemason throughout his adult life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cathy Sue (Phillips) Schlueter; sons, William Arthur “Bill” Schlueter IV and Ronald Lynn “Ronnie” Schlueter; step-sons, Thomas Arnold and Jeffrey Arnold; grandchildren, Brandon Schlueter, Michael Schlueter and Alicia Schlueter; and 8 great grandchildren.
Bud’s friends and family may visit from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The celebration of Bud’s life will follow at 11:00 AM.
